【摘要】重庆粉房湾大桥主桥采用桁架和正交异性桥面板组合体系,其具有结构新颗、栓焊结合、锚箱独特等结构特点,以及跨度大、双层桥面、塔梁交叉作业、工期紧等安装特点。通过研究,采取了针对性的解决措施。主桥制作时,将钢桥阶段的构件合理拆解成小制作单元,按照单元制作,阶段成型"的方法。重点介绍了钢桁梁制作、桥面
块体制作、焊接变形控制及焊缝抗疲劳性能等制作技术,及顶推滑移、对称悬拼等安装技术。【关键词】桥梁工程;桁架;焊接;滑移;安装

Abstract: The main bridge applies composite system of truss and orthotropic decks in Chongqing Fenfangwan. It has structural characteristics of novel structure, combination of bolts and welding and special anchor box, as well as the installation characteristics of large-span, double decks, cross-wording of tower girder and tight period. By research, corresponding solving measures are put forward. During construction of main bridge, the components of steel structures are divided into small segments which are accord to fabrication manufacture by segment and stage molding. The fabrication technologies of steel truss girder, deck blocks, control of welding deformation and performance of joint anti-fatigue,as well as the installation technologies of incremental launching sliding and symmetric assembly are introduced in detail.

1工程概况
重庆粉房湾长江大桥位于重庆市江津区,在粉房湾跨越长江(见图1),主跨全长897m,为(216.5+464+216.5)m双塔双索面半漂浮体系斜拉桥,两层布置,公铁两用,采用栓焊桁架和正交异
性桥面组合体系。在距离梁端60.50m处设置两个永久辅助墩,设置辅助墩后,结构体系可进一步分为(60.5+156+464+156+60.5)m5跨连续钢架梁斜拉桥。总用钢量约为2.3万t。
2主桥的技术特点 2.1制作特点

中桁架采用空间三角形结构体系。析架梁为平坡,桥面设2%横坡,全桥共分为61个节段单元,其中标准节段长16m,上宽37.0m,下宽16.5m,高 12.2m,如图2所示。钢材材质主要为Q345qD,桁架上下弦节点板、边纵梁锚索拉板等结构采用 Q345qE-Z25材质,后者占5.9%。
