京沪高铁连续梁桥支架施工预拱度研究

【摘要】预拱度的合理设置直接影响到分段施工桥梁的正常合龙、成桥的线形美观以及列车行驶的平顺性、安全性。京沪高铁梁桥具有自重大、混凝土等级高、刚度大、预应力度高、列车通行速度快、频次高等特点,对线形要求更为严格。并且多采用大节段、支架施工,有必要对其预拱度的合理设置进行研究,以满足渠桥的线形和内力
要求。通过对影响预拱度的各因索进行理论分析,对京沪高铁连续梁桥预拱度的设置提出建议。【关键调】京沪高铁;支架施工;预拱度;伤真分析

Abstract:The properly setting of pre-camber directly affects the section construction bridge' s normal shut, bridge line and the stationary and safety of train running. Beam bridges of Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway have features such as large loads, high grade concrete, high stiffness, high prestress degree and so on. They have strict requirements on bridge line, Scaffolding construction is largely adopted. It is necessary to do research on the properly setting of pre-camber to meet the requirements of the bridge line and internal force. With theoretical research on influencing factors of pre-camber, the authors make suggestions for setting of pre-camber of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.

1工程概况
京沪高铁徐州一上海段跨嘉松北路的高架桥,是无碑轨道预应力混凝土连续梁桥(双线)。梁全长 153.5m,计算跨度为(40+72+40)m。梁体为单箱单室、变高度、变截面结构,全桥箱梁顶宽12m,底宽 6.7m,中支点截面中心梁高6.20m,跨中及边跨直线段截面中心梁高3.60m,梁底按R=217.117m圆曲线变化。如图1所示。

梁体混凝土强度等级为C50,纵横向预应力筋均采用《预应力混凝土用钢绞线》CB/T5224-2003规定的万方数据
1860MPa级1×7Φ"15.2预应力钢绞线。箱梁设计采
用搭设支架现浇法施工。 2施工全过程仿真计算
采用Midas/Civil软件对本桥施工全过程进行模拟分析。根据设计图纸梁体分段及施工顺序建立有限元模型。全桥共计56个梁单元、65个节点。连续梁整体有限元模型如图2所示。全桥共分5大节段,采用
