宜昌庙嘴长江大桥连续式猫道整体线形调整技术

【摘要】猫道系统是悬索桥上部结构施工最重要的临时工程,其线形直接关系到悬索桥上部结构施工的安全及便利程度。但由于猫道承重索预拉后的残余非弹性变形及受材料、结构荷载偏差等多种固素影响,施工中对连续式猫道线形控制较为围难。猫道整体架设完成后的线形与设计线形会有一定的偏差,很难达到预定效果,给施工安

Abstract:The catwalk system is the most important temporary project of the upper structure construction of suspension bridge, and its line shape is directly related to the safety and convenience of the superstructure construction of suspension bridge. Because of the catwalk-bearing cable pertensioning residual inelastic deformation, the influence of a variety of materials and the structure load deviation factor, the construction of continuous catwalk linear control is more difficult. The catwalk of the whole erection after the completion of the line and the designed line will have a certain deviation, it is difficult to achieve predetermined effect, which bring adverse effect to the construction safety and convenience. This paper introduces Yichang Miaozui Yangtze River Bridge continuous catwalk overall linear adjustment method.

1工程概况 1.1桥梁概况
宜昌庙嘴长江大桥位于葛洲坝水利枢纽下游约2.7km,起于点军东岳二路止于西陵区西陵二路,连接主城区、西坝和点军新区,该桥主桥由大江桥和三江桥2部分组成,大江桥为主跨838m悬索桥[1-2],桥式布置如图1所示,上部结构施工时采用
连续式猫道。 1.2猫道概况
本桥猫道由承重索、面层、栏杆及扶手索、门架系统、横向天桥、锚固连接和循环系统等构成[3]。单侧猫道承重索由6根Φ48钢丝绳组成,门架承重
