重庆主城区现状轨道交通问题分析与建议

摘要：从客流量、客流分布、车站客流、运行效率、换乘情况等几个方面，分析重庆市主城区轨道交通存在的五大问题：总体客流效果相对较差、客流量空间分布不均衡、部分核心区段线路相对拥挤、重点车站换乘压力较大、运营效率不高。从城市空间结构拓展，轨道车站与人口、用地的契合关系，车站覆盖率，站间距等方面找出存在间题的原因，如城市拓展需要时间、轨道功能层次尤其是快线缺乏等，从进一步加密中心区线网密度、
规划轨道快线、做好车站的规划建设等方面提出后期优化完善建议。关键调：城市轨道交通；轨道快线；间题分析；重庆

Abstract: The major problems facing urban rail transit in Chongqing are identified according to passenger traffic, passenger flow distribution, station passenger flow, operation efficiency and transfer. The problems are: the efficiency of the general pas-senger flow management is low; the spatial distribution of passenger flows is uneven; some rail transit lines in the core urban ar-eas are crowded; important rail transit stations are confronted with great transfer pressures; and the operation is not efficient. The reasons behind the problems were explored from the aspects of expansion of urban spatial structures, the relationship be-tween rail transit stations and population and land use, rail transit station coverage as well as station spacing. The gaps between demand and supply in terms of rail transit systems, especially the express railways, are inevitable since urban expansion takes time. Finally, suggestions are offered for the future optimization such as increasing rail transit network density in the central are

截至2016年3月，重庆主城区已开通运营轨道交通1、2、3、6号线等4条轨道线路，总里程202km，车站 120座，2015年日均客流量约173万人次，最大日均客运量约234万人次[1]。
2015年，主城区轨道交通占主城区居民机动化出行结构的12.4%，较2010年提升11.3个百分点，尤其是在穿山过江通道中的作用日趋突出，有效缓解了中心城区的道路交通压力。基本实现了主城9区轨道交通全覆盖，有力支持了解放碑CBD、江北城CBD、重庆国际博览中心开发建设，为了引导城市拓展，提前建设了位于外围拓展区的部分线路，加快培育了西永、茶

园、龙州湾等拓展区城市副中心构建，进一步促进了礼嘉、蔡家、北碚、大渡口等拓展区组团中心的发展。
轨道交通运营之后，有效缓解了中心城区道路交通拥堵压力、支撑了城市发展建设，但同时也存在一些问题。为更好地了解主城区现状轨道交通运行情况及存在的问题，对现状轨道交通线网进行了长期跟踪并进行了评估分析，发现了产生问题的原因，并提出了相关建议。
