关产汽轮机混拖造气风机的应

摘要:简速了以热功电联产汽轮机驱动造气风机取代电动机拖动风机的技改方案;论述了背压式汽轮机的工作原理、蒸汽工艺流程、入炉蒸汽控制要求、汽轮机的联锁监控及运行维护;分析了机组运行状况及经济效益。结果表明,热功电联产汽轮机混施造气风机投入运行后,机组运行稳定,节电效果明显,可节省电费约4万元/月。技改

Abstract: Author has briefly described the lechnical reformation scheme in which the turbine was used for integrating thermal work with eleetricity and for driving also the blower of gasification section in place of driving by electric motor; has discussed the working principle of back presure turbine, stesm process flow, control requirement of steam into gasifier, interlock control of turbine and operation /maintenance; has analyzed the running situation of the turbine train and the economie benefit. Result indicates after the turbine train used for integrating thermal work with electricity and for driving the blower of the gasification section puts into operation, its nunning stale is stable, the effect for electricity saving is obvious, sabout 40,000 Yuan RMB of e lectricily fee can be saved monthly., The total investment for the technical reformstion is 310,000 Yuan RMB, its investment reovery period is 7, 69 months, after the technical refomation scheme reaches fully anticipated standard requirement, 110,000 Yuan RMB of electricity fee can be saved monthly and its investment recovery period is only 3 months.

姜堰化肥公司现有2套年产10万Va的合成氨生产线,分别为1"线和2线。2"线造气工段有2 台D5002-17-1型鼓风机。为降低吨氨电耗,提高企业经济效益,公司决定改变电动机拖动风机的传统做法,对其中1台风机进行技术改造,采用汽轮机一电动机一风机混拖的方式来驱动造气风机。该套汽轮机装置自2010年9月15日15:45启动以来一直运行良好,节电效果明显,完全能够满足生产工艺要求。笔者以下简述技改方案和技改效果。
技改方案 1
本公司造气工段2"线共有6台Φ2610mm煤气炉,采用2台D500=17-1型风机。热电分厂来的背压蒸汽(16Vh、0.4MPa、260℃)通过自调阀减压、降温至0.12MPa和190℃人炉。减压降温过程造成了能量的损失,如果利用这部分的能量由汽轮机来做功,也就是采用差温压作功,不仪

可以实现热功电联产及能源的梯级利用,有效降低节流损失,提高能源利用率,达到节能目的,而且采用汽轮机做功,还可有效减少用电量。热功电联产汽轮机可以与电动机混拖,汽轮机和电动机在驱动风机的过程中起到互补作用,当管网蒸汽压力过低(<0.4MPa)、汽轮机功率下降、达不到风机所需功率,此时电机做功。当蒸汽压力较高(0.4~ 0.45MPa)、汽轮机转速>3000r/min时(不超过跳闸转速3160r/min),汽轮机功率大于风机所需用的功,此时汽轮机带动电机做功发电至电网。
本公司自决定采用热功电联产汽轮机后,经与多个汽轮机厂家联系考察,决定采用B0.45-0.4/ 0.12型背压式汽轮机,其技术参数如下:进汽压力为 0.4~0.45MPa,排汽压力为0.12MPa,额定功率为
