汽车用梁类零件冲压成形CAE分析及模具设计

摘要:应用CAE仿真技术模拟汽车梁类零件拉延成形的全过程,预测在成形过程中可能会出现的拉伸不足、拉裂、起皱等缺陷。为了选择合理的冲压工艺方案,通过添加工艺补充面和合理选择压料面,对拉延成形过程进行了有限元模拟分析;利用UG 软件进行模具结构的设计,并应用加工出的模具生产出符合要求的产品。仿真技术在冲压成形工艺分析和模具设计中起到重要的作用,应用仿真技术缩短了模具设计时间,提高了模具设计的可靠性。

Numerical analysis of the stamping process and die design of an automobile beam part

Abstract: Though numerical simulation of the forming process of thc automobile beam part, insufficient strctch, cracking and wrinkling defects that may arise in the forming process were predicted. In order to select the proper stamping process,thefinite clement simulation of the decp drawing process is implemented after adding die addendum surface and select binder surface. The die is designed based on UG software, and the products produced by the die meet the requirements wcll. Simulation technology plays an important role in stamping process analysis and die design. The application of simulation technology shortens the time of die design and improves its reliability.
