网格试验在稳定冲压钣金品质方面的应用

摘要:因材料的差异性导致的生产不稳定,给企业造成了极大的困扰。为解决该项围扰犹,利用网格试验分析法,对车身钣金件冲压生产中发生的质量问题进行分析,获得全面域的应力应变分布,材料流向和减薄率等信息。以G车侧围外板的网格试验为例,阐述了如何应用网格试验方法来获得应力应变的分布,并针对裕度不良的区域进
行原因分析,制定相应对策,提升了量产的稳定性。关键词:车身钣金件;冲压;网格试验

Abstract: Due to differences in materials, production instability causcs grcat expcnse to the enterprise.In order to solve this problem, the quality problems in stamping production are analyzed by grid test analysis. By means of grid test, the stress and strain of the whole arca are measured and analyzed, and the information of stress and strain distribution, material flow and thinning rate are obtained. The grid test of the side panel of G model is taken as an example to illustrate how to apply the grid test method to obtain the distribution of stress and strain, and to analyze the reason and countermeasure to improve the stability of the pro-duction.
