企业信息化建设中的主数据管理

摘要：为更好地解决企业信息化建设中业务系统相互独立、数据缺乏统一规划的间题，提出构建企业主数据管理平台，主数据管理平台能够实现对企业信息化系统内主数据的统一管理，保持各系统数据的一致性，便于进行数
据挖掘，为领导层作出决策提供正确的数据支持。该研究对于企业信息化数据的管理具有实用价值。关键词：主数据；主数据管理；企业信息化

Abstract; To set up a Master data management platform is proposed to facilitate the integration of the business systems of the subordinate companies and the unification of data planning. The Master data management platform will undertake the tasks of unifying management of the main data in the information system of the enterprise and maintaining the consistency of the system data. This platform will provide the management with data support for them to making decisions and allow the data mining to beperformed.

企业的信息化系统是随着企业业务的不断拓展及IT技术的不断发展从无到有、从简单到复杂逐步形成的，如企业资源规划（EnterpriseResourcePlanning，ERP）系统、人力资源（HumanResource，HR）系统、办公自动化（OfficeAutomation，OA）系统、财务系统和供应链管理（SupplyChainManagement，SCM）系统等。然而，这些业务系统更多的是以当时的需求为主、自下而上构建的，缺乏对整个企业范围内数据的统一规划，企业内的重要数据分散在各个系统中。
分散在各个系统中的数据不仅重复允余，而且编码不统一、缺乏一致性，使得系统间的交互困难。这不仅影响了企业的生产力，而且无法通过分析、挖掘企业数据来给公司管理层提供决策支持。
为解决该间题，有必要建立企业主数据管理系统，统一主数据的定义、输人和审核，保证企业信息化系统内数据的一致性，便于进行数据挖掘，为领导层决策提供正确的数据支持。
