摘要:埋地油气管道在运行过程中,容易固管道本体内外离蚀、附属设施本身生产质量、施工不当、第三方破坏及自然灾害等固素引发安全事故。理地油气管道与城市市政管网交错,一旦泄漏将严重威协国家能源安全和公共安全。采用三维地理信息系统(3D-GIS)技术可以直观地显示现场场景,使管理人员既有现场感,又能准确地掌握相关属性数据,实现科学管理,指导管道安全运营。通过对油气管道和市政管线的详细探测,建立三维信息管理系统,实现地下管线三维可视化、数据分析、安全隐惠识别,为管线选线、改线提供支持性决策方案,为应急预案提供数据支持,使得3D-GIS和移动互联技术在油气管道与第三方交叉管线管理中发挥重要作用。

Abstract: During the operation of buried oil and gas pipelines, safety accidents are easy to be caused by factors such as internal and external corrosion of pipelines, the poor production quelity of subsidiary facilities, construction mistakes, third party damage and natural disasters.Buried oil and gas pipelines are interlaced with the municipal pipe network. Once the pipeline leaks, the national energy security and public safety will be seriously threatened. Using the technology of 3D geographic information sys tem can visually display the scene, so that managerial personnel can have the feeling of scene and accu rately grasp the relevant attribute data, realizing scientific management and guiding pipeline safety oper ation. Through detailed detection of oil and ges pipelines and municipal pipelines, 3D information management system is esteblished, realizing the 3D visualizetion, data analysis and security risk identifi-cation of buried pipelines, providing the supporting decision for choosing and changing the path of pipelines and the data support for the emergency plan. By doing so, 3DGIS and the mobile Internet technology are made to play an important role in the crossed pipeline management of oil and gas pipe lines and third party pipelines

在经济建设快速发展的今天,人们对右油、天然气的需求与日俱增,而油气产地、炼化企业及消费中心往往相距位置较远,需要采用长输管道进行油气输送,发挥其操作成本低、损耗小以及高稳定性和安全性等优点-。长输管道在运行过程中,容易因管道本体内外腐蚀、附属设施本身生产质量施工不当、第三方破坏及自然灾害等因素引发安全事故。为维护国家能源安全和公共安全,应加强油气管道安全保护,尤其是加强管理工作刻不容缓。
