水冷柴油机气缸垫渗油问题分析与研究

摘要:针对装有1015系列荣油机的某型车试车时气红垫与箱体结合面处有不同程度的油。疑是气缸垫失效导致渗漏问题,结合气缸垫、缸盖和箱体的安装、尺寸计算,对该现象进行了分析,并通过试验验证,确定了导致该现象的真实原因,并提出了优化措施,该问题得到解决。关键词:水冷柴油机;气缸垫;渗油;优化

Abstract: A 1015 series diesel engine installed on vehicle met with leakage problem, and oil stain was discovered at the connecting area of cylinder gasket and cylinder block. It was suspected to be caused by gasket failure. Analysis on this phenomenon was carried out based on the installation and dimension cal-culation of cylinder gasket, cylinder head and block. And by experimental verification, the causes of this
failure were confirmed, optimization measures were put forward and the problem was solved at last. Keywords: water cooled diesel engine; cylinder head gasket; oil leakage; optimization

1015水冷系列柴油机气缸垫、气缸盖和箱体装配在一起,缸盖底面与压缩终了时的活塞顶部组成一个密封燃烧室,为了保证密封,在缸盖和箱体之间装有气缸垫。气缸垫(图1)采用薄钢板,水道孔、油道孔、燃烧室密封孔采用橡胶圈与薄钢板硫化粘结,粘接强度≥3MPa,能有效承受最高燃烧压力达15.5MPa的冲击,保证燃烧室密封,防止漏水、漏油、漏气。
气缸垫失效将导致燃烧室密封不严并造成局部漏气,使高温高压的气体冲出燃烧室,造成气缸套变形,密封阻水圈损坏以及缸盖和缸体之间过梁处受高温高压气体的冲击,导致烧蚀沟痕,致使维修困难或机件报废,特别是对压缩比大、比功率高、
高增压的进口发动机更为突出。这些情况将严重影响发动机的使用经济性及可靠性。

1015水冷系列柴油机气缸垫设计时满足以下要求:
(1)在高温、高压燃气作用下有足够的强度,不易损坏;
