基于定距舵桨的柴电混合港作拖轮动力系统设计

摘要:针对某型常规港作拖轮89%工作时间主机工作在30%以下的低负荷工况,导致排放差、油耗高的问题,基于该船定距能桨条件,开展荣电混合动力推进系统的设计。经过船模试验的航速和拖力预报显示:所设计的动力系统满足技术要求。基于定距能柴的荣电混合动力系统设计方法
可为拖轮及拖网渔船等具有自航和拖带两种工况的船舶的动力系统设计提供借鉴。关键词:港作拖轮;动力系统;定距能;柴电混合

Design of a Diesel-Electric Hybrid Harbor Tugboat Propulsion System

Abstract: The main engine of a certain harbor tugboat worked under 30% below load during 89% work+ ing hours of the tugboat, which led to bad emissions and high fuel consumption. Based on the condition of fixed-pitch rudder propeller, the design of diesel-electric hybrid propulsion system is carried out. The navigation speed of ship model trial and drag force forecast show that this propulsion system could satisfy the technical requirements. The design method of diesel-electric hybrid propulsion system based on fixed pitch rudder propeller could provide reference for ships which feature working conditions of both self-pro pulsion and towing, such as tugboats and trawlers.

常规港作拖轮在89%的工作时间内,柴油机处在30%以下的低负荷状态,存在油耗高、排放差的问题。为应对该问题,国外多家设计院、船厂和设备供货商已研发出柴电混合动力系统在港作拖轮上的成熟应用方案。本文针对国内首艘柴电混合
港作拖轮“海港711”,基于定距能桨条件开展动力系统设计,以满足相关技术指标要求。
