支重轮中频淬火表面开裂的原因分析

摘要:通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、全相检测及根据国标规定的金属下料尺寸的规定对带法兰盘的轮体中频萍火时产生裂纹的原固进行分析。结果表明:为了提高材料的利用率,对材料的料头没有按国标规定的尺寸截取,使得钢材在冶炼和轧制时产主的成分不均和一些非金属夹杂物在材料的端头被保留下来,固此原材料含有较多大尺寸非金属夹杂物。较多大尺寸非金属夹杂物的存在割裂
了金属基体的连续性,相当于基体中的小裂纹,是遗成中频率火时发生多处萍火裂纹的原因。关键调:非金属夹杂物;中频泽火;裂纹

Abstract: After micro analysis, chemical composition analysis, metaiographic examination and the inter national metal cutting size standard, the cause of cracking during the intermediate frequency quenching on the wheel with flange piates is analysed., The result indicates that the materials are not cut properly accord-ing to the intemational standard with the purpose of promoting the material utilization rate, which leads to uneven components steel in the process of smelting and rolling and some nonmetallic inclusions are kept in the ends of the material, so the raw material contains more large-sized nonmetallic inclusions. The exist ence of plenty of large-sized nonmetallic inclusions destroys the continuity of the metal and correspond to little cracks inside, which is the cause of many cracks on the surface during the intermediate frequency quenching.

-种带法兰盘的支重轮材料为40Mn2。工艺流程是:下料→+锻造→正火→机加工→调质→抛丸-→ 中频淬火+回火→精加工。该轮体经中频泽火后,在淬火表面发现有长短不一的裂纹和表皮爆起现象,为了查找裂纹和爆皮形成的原因,笔者对其进行了宏观分析、化学成分分析和金相检测。
1理化检验
1.1裂纹表面的宏观检测
开裂的轮体用5倍放大镜观察,多处裂缝有表皮爆起的现象,长度为0.5~2.0mm不等,且裂纹比较集中。其它部位也有少量宏观可见的裂纹,长度也在0.5~2.0mm,其裂纹方向量径向分布。
