渗碳淬火齿轮内孔键槽开裂的原因分析

摘要:通过宏观断口检验、金相检测对渗碳淬火齿轮内孔键槽开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:采用加热器加热齿轮内孔热装输出轴,加热过程中操作不当使加热器与齿轮内孔间隙不合理,键槽处局部过热、应力集中是导致装配后键槽开裂的主要原因;同时原材料中存在较重的非金属夹杂物及带状组织偏析也加剧了键槽的开裂。

Abstract : The cracking reason of the inner hole keyway of carburized and quenched gear was analyzed by macro-fracture testing and metallographic examination. The results showed that when the output shaft of hot charging in the gear inner hole heated by heater the gap between the heater and the inner hole is unreason-able due to improper operation during the heating process. Local overheating and stress concentration in the keyway were the main reason that caused the keyway crack after assembly. In the meanwhile, more non-metallic inclusions and banded structure in the raw materials have also aggravated the crack of the key-way.
