前言
SY/T6986《液化天然气设备与安装船用输送系统的设计与测试》分为三个部分：
第1部分：输送臂的设计与测试；一第2部分：输送软管的设计与测试；
第3部分：离岸输送系统。 本部分为SY/T6986的第1部分。 本部分按照GB/T1.1一2009《标准化工作导则第1部分：标准的结构和编写》给出的规则
起草。
本部分使用翻译法等同采用BSEN1474-1：2008《液化天然气设备与安装船用输送系统的设
计与测试第1部分：输送臂的设计与测试》。
与本部分中规范性引用的国际文件有一致性对应关系的我国文件参见附录F 本部分做了下列编辑性修改：
统一了标准中的格式、文字术语等；统一标准中的物理量符号、计量单位等。
本部分由全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会液化天然气分技术委员会提出并归口。 本部分起草单位：中石油京唐液化天然气有限公司、中国石油天然气与管道分公司、中海石油气
电集团、中石油江苏液化天然气有限公司、中石油大连液化天然气有限公司。

液化天然气设备与安装船用输送系统的设计与测试
第1部分：输送臂的设计与测试
1范围
SY/T6986的本部分规定了液化天然气终端所使用船用输送摩的设计要求，最低安全要求，远
程控制系统要求以及检查和测试程序，还规定了船岸间安全输送LNG的最低要求。
本部分适用于新建液化天然气终端输送臂的设计与测试，扩建、改建液化天然气终端可参照执行。
本部分不适用于与输送臂相关的零部件和附属件的设计和制造

顶端旋转接头apexswivel 内、外臂之间输送流体的铰接接头。它提供外臂相对于内臂的摆动。

内臂arm， inboard (inboard arm) 顶端旋转接头与耳轴旋转接头之间承载流体的管段和构件。

外臂arm， outboard (outboard arm) 顶端旋转接头与三维旋转接头之间承载流体的管段和构件。

状态 attitude 输送臂所处的各种使用模式（例如：运转、待用、连接、置换、静压试验及维护保养）。每种状
态下，输送臂可处于多种位置。 3.6
压痕brinelling 旋转接头轴承座圈上，由于旋转接头滚珠过载所造成的任何永久性凹痕。

气蚀 cavitation 当流体中压力降至或低于液体的蒸气压力时会产生气泡及气泡破裂现象。气泡破裂释放能量，有
