石油化工工程钢脚手架搭设安全技术规范
1范围
本规范规定了钢脚手架的材料与构配件、通用脚手架结构形式和构造的要求；规定了专业脚手架结构设计、脚手架的计算、脚手架搭设的施工与管理的要求。
本规范适用于石油化工、煤化工、天然气化工等工程建设钢脚手架搭设的结构设计、施工、验收与使用过程的管理。 2规范性引用文件

3术语和符号 3.1 术语
下列术语和定义适用于本规范 SH/T 3555—-2014
3.1.1
脚手架scaffolding 为工程建设而搭设的用于施工作业或支撑用的临时结构架。
3.1.2
双排脚手架double-row scaffolding 由内、外两排立杆和水平杆及拉结杆件等组成的脚手架,
3.1.3
单排脚手架single pole tubular scaffolding 由单排立杆和水平杆及拉结杆件等组成，横向水平杆的一端在工程结构主体上的脚手架。

通用脚手架general scaffolding 按照脚手架的基本要求搭设的，除支撑架外的扣件式钢管脚手架、碗扣式钢管脚手架、承插型盘
扣式钢管支架、直插式轻钢脚手架及门式钢管脚手架。 3.1.5
专业脚手架 disciplinary scaffolding 为工程项目所含专业施工搭设的脚手架。
3.1.6
三角架tripod 采用挂接方式固定在工程结构主体上用于支撑施工作业平台的三角形构件。
3.1.7
承重脚手架heavy duty scaffold 除满足作业人员操作需求又承受其他载荷的脚手架。
3.1.8
悬挑式脚手架suspended scaffolding 由水平或三角结构支撑，锚固在工程结构主体或脚手架上的脚手架。
3.1.9
立杆 standard 脚手架中垂直于水平面的竖向杆件。
3.1.10
水平杆ledger 脚手架中连接立杆并与立杆垂直的水平杆件注：沿脚手架纵向设置的水平杆为纵向水平杆（大横杆）；与纵向水平杆垂直的水平杆为横向水平杆（小横杆）。
3.1.11
立杆纵（跨）距longitudinal spacing of upright tube 脚手架纵向相邻立杆之间的轴线距离。
3.1.12
立杆横距 transverse spacing of upright tube 双排脚手架横向相邻立杆之间的轴线距离，单排脚手架立杆轴线至工程结构主体表面的距离。
3.1.13
步距lift height 上、下水平杆轴线间的距离。
