人E-Ca主要介导细胞间的黏附反应，具有钙依赖性，是与癌细胞侵袭转移密切相关的上皮细胞分布性黏附分子。在多种肿瘤发生侵装性生长和淋巴结受累时,E-Ca常表达减弱，E-Ca的蛋白表达与I型子宫内膜样腺癌的关系已有较多并相一致的文献报道[11-12]。本组资料显示，正常子宫内膜腺体呈强阳性表达，1型子宫内膜样腺癌呈降低表达，E-Ca蛋白异常表达与I型子宫内膜样腺癌的浸润深度、脉管侵犯、淋巴结转移和远处转移紧密相关，该实验结果与国外文献报道较一致。
I型子宫内膜样腺癌中syndecan-2和E-Ca表达呈负相关性，提示syndecan-2和E-Ca在胃癌的发生发展过程中沿着相反的方向起协同作用，但这两种基因蛋白是直接相互调节机制还是通过syndecan家族的其他成员和E-Ca调节目前还不清楚，有待于进一步研究。

[ Abstract]Objective: To explore the clinical value of new type of TCT Parker combined with HPV DNA typing in detecting cervical cancer screening. Methods : Randomly selected 420 cases of cervical cancer screening patients, all patients underwent TCT and HPV DNA screening, while cervical biopsy for final confirmation. Results: CT screening showed number of patients with ASCUS 175 cases,the positive ratio 41. 7% . Pathology screening showed ≥ CIN I 199 cases, the positive ratio 47. 4% . HPV DNA positive patients, 180 cases were detected, the proportion of 42. 9% . The more severe the illness was, the higher the positive rate of HPV DNA was. Conclusion : The new Parker
