全科医生移动签约服务平台的构建与探索宋徽江，庄康璐，薛岚
【摘要】本研究在分析目前全科医生服务及卫生信息平台建设现状、存在的间题及未来发展要求的基础上，介绍了上海市浦东新区三林社区卫生服务中心构建与探索全科医生移动签约服务平台的过程。通过这一平台，一方面可以调动医生的自主竞争意识和工作积极性，并鼓励他们在初级医疗保健工作及社区医疗团队中发挥主力军的作用；另一方面可以增强惠者对社区医疗和全科医生的认识，并鼓励他们和社区医疗团队建立相互信任、相互支持的关系，通过平台加强与全科医生乃至整个社区医疗团队的沟通和交流，以实现真正意义上的签约服务，最终发展为以全科医生为核心的居民签约制度和家庭医生首诊制度，并为社区卫生服务信息化建设提供借鉴。

【Abstract】
The status, problems and further demand of the service of general practitioners and the construction of
health information platform were investigated and analyzed, based on which we introduced the process of the exploration and construction of the mobile contract signing service platform of general practitioners in Sanlin Comrunity Health Service Center of Pudong New District in Shanghai. By using this platform, on one hand the sense of competition and work enthusiasm of doctors can be mobilized and doctors can be encouraged to play a leading role in primary health care and community health care team; on the other hand, the understanding of patients towards community health care and general practitioners can be enhanced, and patients can be encouraged to build a relation with community health care team based on mutual trust and support. The platform can also strengthen the communication and exchanges among general practitioners and among members of the whole community health care team, so as to actually realize contract signing service which can be finally developed into CP centered resident contract signing system and family doctor first diagnosis system.
