添加剂对铁精矿制备还原铁粉的影响曹羽鑫,王恒辉,马江华,赵栋,李光强

摘要:以铁品位70.25%和SiO2含量1.86%的铁精矿为原料,研究了添加剂(CaO,Na2COs,Na:SO4)对还原铁粉的影响,分析了添加剂与Fe2SiO4反应的热力学;在1423K下考察了添加剂对碳-氢两步法还原铁精矿的影响.结果表明,CaO与FeSiO4反应的热力学条件最佳,反应起始温度最低为650K.铁精矿粉还原添加Na2CO;效果最佳,经两步法还原、磁选,所得产物中TFe 含量高达98.32%,SiO:含量低至0.93%:而添加CaO的产物中TFe含量为93.27%,SiO2为1.65%.添加CaO可抑制Fe2SiO4生成,但由于金属铁将Ca与Si形成的新相(3CaO·SiO2)包裹在中心,使Si难以通过磁选去除

Abstract: The effects ofadditives (CaO, NaCOs,NazSO4) on the preparation ofreduced iron powderfrom iron concentrate containing 70.25% Fe and 1.86% SiO2 were investigated. The thermodynamics of the reactions between additives and fayalite (Fe2SiO4) were analyzed. The effects of additives on the preparation of reduced iron powder were investigated by carbonhydrogen two-steps reduction of iron concentrate at 1423 K. The results showed that the optimum additive is CaO according to the thermodynamic analysis that the beginning temperature of reaction of 650 K is the lowest. Adding NazCOs increased the TFe content of the reduced iron powder to 98.32%. Adding CaO dropped the TFe content to 93.27%, and the SiO2 content was declined to 1.65%. CaO can inhibit the formation of Fe2SiO4, but the new phase tricalcium silicate (3CaO-SiO2) was wrapped by the metallic iron. The wrapped structure contributed to the hard removal of Si

前言
还原铁粉可用于粉末冶金、电焊条制造、磁性材料、
医药、食物、静电复印等领域1,2],随着科技的发展,其消耗量呈不断上升趋势.目前还原铁粉的制备方法主要有电解法、还原法、羰基法、募化法、真空雾化法、快速凝固法(RSR)等[3-5),其中,利用碳-氢两步法直接还原得到的还原铁粉在国内外应用最广泛,该方法先将铁精矿进行配碳还原[主要化学反应为FeO(s)+C(s)=Fe(s)+ CO(g)],所得产物再经氢气还原[FeO(s)+H2(g)=Fe(s)+ 收稿日期:2017-0324,修回日期:2017-0505

西欧、北美和日本的还原铁粉80%是以高品位铁精矿为原料生产的(8,9),我国大多数企业以铁鳞为原料.高品位铁精矿较铁鳞在提高铁粉产量和物理、化学及冶金性能方面都有巨大优势
目前高品位铁精矿主要分为两类:一类是铁品位高于69.00%、而SiO2及其它杂质含量小于3.00%的铁精矿,可用于非高炉炼铁;一类是铁品位高于71.50%、而SiO2及其它杂质(酸不溶物)含量小于3.00%的铁精矿,主要用于粉末冶金、磁性材料、电焊条制造等领域
