摘要:以N,N一二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为还原剂和保护配体,制备了DMF-PtNCs铂纳米簇(Platinum Nanoclusters,PtNCs),基于Fe*对其有规律的荧光弊灭作用,建立了测定Fe"的荧光灭新方法。在最佳实验条件下,Fe*的线性检测范围为1.0×10*~3.5×10^mol/L,检出限为1.3x10-mol/L,方法的相对标准偏差为 1.3%。干扰实验表明,在众多的金属离子中,Fe*对DMF-PtNCs的荧光辨灭有高的选择性,进一步应用于自

Abstract: The DMFprotected platinum nanoclusters were synthesised using a surfactant free DMF reduction method and a new fuorescence queching method for the determination of Fe'* was developed based on the regular fluorescence quenching of DMFPtNCs. Under optimal conditions, its response was linearly proportional to the con-centration of Fe'* in the range of 1.0× 10° mol/L to 3.5× 10- mol/L with a detection limit of 1.3 × 10- mol/L. The rel-ative standard deviation of 11 replicate measurments was 1.3% for 1 × 10- mol/L Fe*, The interference experiments showed that the present fluorescence probe exhibited good selectivity for Fe'* over other metal ions. In addition, the proposed method was further utilized in recovery experiments of Fe from tap water, lake water and rain, the recov-eries were 91%~107%.

铁是人体中所必须的微量元素,是血红蛋白、肌红蛋白和许多酶的构成成分,并且在血液中起着运输氧和营养物质的作用。当体内缺乏铁元素时,可引起很多生理上的变化,同时会引发某些疾病,如肝癌、胃腺癌等,最常见的是缺铁性贫血;若长期摄取过量的铁,也会引发疾病的产生,甚至铁中毒。因此,对铁离子(Ⅲ)的识别与检测在分析化学中占有重要的地位。
目前,铁离子(Ⅲ)的检测方法包括分光光度
法["],电化学法[2],原子吸收光谱法[3],高效液相色谱法[4],荧光光谱法15]等。其中分光光度法的灵敏度较低,电化学法的选择性较差,原子吸收光谱法和高效液相色谱法对仪器要求较高、分析成本高;而荧光光谱法简便、快捷,且有高的灵敏度和选择性,在铁离子(Ⅲ)的测定中是强有力的补充手段。
