基于罗丹明一噻盼类化合物的汞离子荧光探针的研究

摘要:汞离子是一种常见的环境污染物之一。有机汞(特别是甲基汞)可以在海洋生物体内累积,能通过食物链转移到人体内,导致大脑损伤和其它慢性疾病,因此,汞离子作为一种水体污荣物的检测就显得非常重要。该文制备了一种基于罗丹明-座吩类化合物的荧光探针用于Hg"的检测。该探针在Hg存在下,Hg*与探针的络合导致操针的罗内酰胺开环,溶液由无色变成粉红色,由无荧光变成有荧光。该探针可在pH为 6.00的乙醇/水(体积比为1:1)溶液中对Hg*进行检测,具有灵敏度高和选择性好等优点。并且,探针用于自

Abstract: Mercury ion is one of the common environmental pollution. Organic mercury, especially methylmercury can be cumulated in the bodies of halobios, and then they can transfer into human body through food chain, which can course brain damnification and other chronic diseases. So it's very important to detect the Hg** which was one of the water pollution. In this text, the authors prepared a fluorescent probe of Hg** based on rhodaminethiophene conjugate, The probe was found to show a reversible dual chromo and fluorogenic response toward Hg** likely due to the chelationinduced ringopenging of rhodamine spirolactam, And they can detect Hg* in 50% CH,CN/H,0 buffered at pH6.0 and it exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity for sensing Hg*, Besides, the determination of Hg*

引言
汞元素是一种重金属元素,以多种形态(游
离态、无机和有机汞)存在于自然界中。二价汞离子(Hg*)比一价汞离子(Hg)更为常见,具有很强的腐蚀性和致癌性,是常见的环境污染物之一。
