黑龙江省森林认证监测网络平台的设计

摘要：通过对国内外现有的森林监测方法进行研究，结合中国森林认证森林经营标准中对森林监测的具体要求，采用层次分析法和专家调查法确定具有区域特色森林认证监测的内容和指标，搭建一个森林认证监测信息平台，在信息许可的前提下，定期向公众公布森林监测结果概要。结合黑龙江省的森林认证监测数据库，构建网络平台，可提高森林监测和档案管理水平，实现森林认证监测的数字化、网络化。

Abstract: The information platform of forest certification monitor was established based on the analyses of the forest monitor method in domestic and overseas, the accurate requirement of forest monitor in the forest certification and standard in China and the contents and indexes with regional forest feature determined by analytic hierarchy process and expert investigation method. The forest monitor information could be announced periodically using the above infomation platform if it can. The network platform based on the database of forest certification monitor in Heilongjiang province could enhance the forest monitor and archives management, realize the digitization and networked of forest certification monitor.
