七台河选煤厂粗煤泥分选试验研究

摘要:文中针对七煤集团公司七台河选煤厂粗煤泥进行了粒度组成分析和小浮沉试验,得出该厂粗煤泥中+80目累计产率高达58.03%,累计灰分为44.92%,灰分较高;低密度级含量较多,其中-1.4/cm密度级浮物累计产率高达40.01%,灰分仅为8.95%,说明该粗煤泥中精煤含量较多。为了提高全厂精煤产率最大化,采用三锥角水介质旋流器对本厂粗煤泥进行探索性试验,取得了很好的试验效果。

Abstract:This article in view of the seven coal group company on the grain size of coarse coal slime has carried on the analysis of qitaihe coal preparation plant and small ups test, it is concluded that the plant in the coarse coal slime + 80 mesh cumulative production rate is as high as 58.03% , the total ash content was 44.92% , higher ash content; Low density level content more, of which 1. 4 g/cm density level's cumulative production rate is as high as 40.01%, ash content is only 8.95% , the content of cleaned coal show that the coarse coal slime is more. In order to improve the factory plant yield maximization, the use of three cone Angle cyclone water medium to coarse coal slime exploratory

业发展趋势是重介旋流器向大型化方向发展,煤泥浮选则向着提高煤泥选择性的方向努力[2]。随着重介旋流器不断向大型化发展,其分选粒度下限不断上升,在浮选中具有更高选择性的旋流微泡浮选柱的广泛应用使得浮选粒度上限下降,最终导致介于重介旋流器有效分选下限和浮选
