粒状滤料反冲洗周期和纳污量关系研究

摘要:2009年以来,在各水质站开展反冲洗周期优化工作,考虑到不同水质站来水水质的差别以及滤罐的反冲洗效率不同,选择滤后出水水质和过滤器的水头损失这两个主要参数来优化反冲洗周期。但由于采用的仍是定时、定周期的反冲洗制度,虽然使于生产管理,但对于实现在线自动反冲洗监测技术,在精确性和准确度上的要求仍有差距。本文主要针对影响滤床过滤周期的纳污量、滤速等关健因素推导它们之间的关系式,辅助定量的现场试验数据求证,开展了核桃壳滤床、磁铁矿和石英砂双层滤料滤床的粒状滤料反冲洗周期和纳污量关系的理论应用研究。

Abstract:ince 2009,in backwashing cycle optimization of the water stations,take into account different water quality and backwashing eficiency, we choose the two parameters to optimize the backwashing cycle, one is filtered water, and other is the loss of thefilter head. But now, we stlluse the system of the fixed time and cycle, thought easy to manage, for the case of achieving backwashed detection technology, there will be disparity of the exactness and accuracy. In this essay, against such as the pollutant capacity of the filtration cycle and the filter speed to derive the relationship, used for prove the data in the test, We started to research the thcory application of the relationship betweer granular media's backwashing cycle and pollutant capacity. The granular media included walnut shell

洗周期不适宜而导致以下问题:一是反冲洗不及时,随着过滤跨过滤进行,滤层中的水流剪力逐渐增大,如果不及时反冲洗会造成水流阻力增大,系统憨压或者当水流剪切力大于附着力时,悬浮颗粒穿透滤层,导致出水水质变差;二是反冲洗周期过短,由于反冲洗的频紧,影响了水质稳定运行时间,也会增加系统运行负荷,同时增加系统能耗,造成水资源的不必要浪费。
滤床的过滤原理是利用滤料堆积形成的孔隙
