某330MW燃煤发电机组节能诊断的研究与探讨

摘要:当前,燃煤发电企业承担着重要的节能减排任务,燃煤机组的节能诊断工作具有低成本、全面性、强针对性等优势,其重要性日益凸显。文中以330MW燃煤机组为诊断对象,分别对锅炉、汽轮机等系统的当前能耗状况进行试验研究,我出关键影响因素,针对各因素提出相应的节能优化措施,为国内同等规模机组的节能降耗提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract: Currently, coal fired generating unit undertakes the important task of energy saving, energy saving diagnosis on coal fired units with a low cost, comprehensive, targeted and strong advantages, has become increasingly prominent importance; Taking a 33O MW coal fired unit as the diagnosis object, respectively, current energy consumption of the system such as boiler and steam turbine was tested to find out the key factors,in view of various factors put forward corresponding energy saving optimization measures, provide a reference for the size of the domestic equivalent unit energy consumption.
