摘要:阀控式铬酸(VRLA)电泡的制造工艺包括有效增长寿命的胶体(GEL)工艺和适合高功率放电的吸附玻璃梯(AGM)工艺。通过对国内VRLA电池企业和品牌的分析,高功率 VRLA电池是新的发展趋势。针对UPS市场,浮充充电对电池是至关重要的。本文中,主要对采用先进的冲扎和拉网板橱,以及连续涂板生产制造技术生产的新型高功率VRLA电池的成组串联浮充性能进行测试分析。实验结果表明,新型高功率VRLA电池20小时率恒电流和 15min恒功率放电性能均优于普通电池的。除此之外,随着浮充时间的延长,电池电压极差逐
渐减小,说明新型高功率VRLA电池具有良好稳定性和一致性。关键词:VRLA电池;高功率;初期放电;浮充电压;一致性

Abstract: At present, the main manufacturing processes for VRLA batteries are the GEL process for a long lifetime and the AGM process which is suitable for high power discharging. Many domestic VRLA battery brands are analyzed. As a result, the high-power VRLA batteries are a new development trend all over the world, especially for the UPS market, the float charging is essential for the batteries. In this paper, the high-power VRLA batteries made by the advanced punched and expanded grids and the continuous pasted plate manufacturing technology are tested. The experimental results show that the discharge performance of high power VRLA batteries at 20 h rate constant current and 15 min constant power is better than that of the battery made of the casting grids. In addition, with the increasing time of the float charging, the voltage range of these batteries is decreased gradually, and indicating that the high-power VRLA batteries have good stability and consistency
