半炭化棉在铅酸蓄电池负极板中的
应用探究

摘要:本文主要以半炭化棉作为铬酸蓄电池负极板添加剂,将其与添加普通炭材料的铝酸蓄电池进行了性能对比,结果表明,添加半炭化梯棉能够使负极铝膏紧密地涂布于负极板栅上,以防负极活性物质在充放电过程中的脱落,且电池的放电容量和大电流放电性能均得到提升。扫描电镜结果显示,添加半炭化棉的电池的负极板在充放电过程中容易形成结构比较疏松的硫酸铝晶体。

Abstract: In the paper, the semi-carbonized cotton was used as negative additive of lead-acid batteries. and the batteries were compared with the ones containing traditional carbon materials. The results showed that the semi-carbonized cotton could help the negative lead paste coating at the grids tightly which was of benefit to preventing thc paste shedding from the plates in the charge-discharge process. And the discharge capacity and large-current discharging performance were improved. The results from SEM showed that the addition of semi-carbonized cotton was helpful for the formation of PbSO crystals with loose structure
