摘要:本文主要研究了进口4BS晶种(四碱式硫酸铅)正极添加剂在国内电池公司批量生产中的应用情况,验证其对动力铅酸蓄电池性能的影响,分析研究了在批量生产过程中含4BS晶种极板的微观形貌及组成电池后各项性能指标的变化规律,为现场生产设备及生产工艺的改进提供指导。

Abstract: In this paper, the application of imported 4BS seeds (tetrabasic lead sulfate) as a positive additive in the domestic batch production of lead-acid battcries was mainly studied. Its effects on the performance of lead-acid battery were verified. The changes of morphology of the green plates with 4BS seeds in the batch production and various performance indexes of batteries were analyzed, which can provide some suitableguidances to improve the production equipment and technology

微观结构研究表明,活性物质的软化和脱落(-3) 是正极板失效的主要原因之一。也就是说,正极活性物质PbO,的结构和特性直接影响蓄电池的容量

和循环耐久能力。因此,改善活性物质的结构,减缓PAM的软化脱落,是提高正极板的容量和使用寿命的重要途径。
众所周知,正极板活性物质PbO,有α-PbO,和 β-PbO,两种形态,其中α-PbO,结构强度较高,放电容量较低,而β-PbO,结构强度低,放电容量高。在蓄电池的循环充放电的一段时期,α-PbO,会逐渐向β-PbO,转变,在这个转变过程中活性物质的结构会发生变化,一是强度下降,二是孔率减
