变电站蓄电池在线检测、修复系统研究

摘要:变电站每年有大量的报废蓄电池,这些报度的蓄电池加大了环境处理压力并污染地下水资源,造成巨大经济浪费。本文根据变电站直流系统中蓄电池的重要作用,分析目前变电站蓄电范运行、维护及在线监测装置的使用现状,提出了变电站蓄电范在线检测、修复系统。读系统具有日常维护检测、在线充放电、在线去疏化修复、综合分析、智能管理、自动报登等功能,在保证系统安全可靠运行的前提下提升了蓄电池的性能。

Abstract: Every year, a large number of used batteries in the substations will increase environmental pressures and pollute groundwater resources, causing an immense waste in the economy. In this paper, based on the important role of storage batteries in substation DC systems, the current status of the battery operation and maintenance and the usage of online monitoring devices are analyzed, easasosaeeisoaasee functions of daily maintenance detection, online charging and discharging, online desulphurization repair, comprehensive analysis, intelligent management, automatic alarm and so on. On the premise of ensuring safe and reliable operation, the system can improve the performances of the batteries

池运行状态等参数并开展在线智能充放电,解决了长期以来人工测试手段落后,工作烦杂,测量数据不准确,只能定时测量等诸多问题"。实施在线修复,采用最先进的脉冲谐振技术,对于已经发生硫酸盐化的蓄电池可以起到渐进除硫的效果,达到在线修复并提升落后蓄电池容量的作用,解决了由于个别落后蓄电池导致整组蓄电池容量及性能下降的缺点,修复后部分落后蓄电池得以继续在网使用,降低了蓄电池的报废数量,延长了在网运行时间。
