配电变压器经济运行自动控制投切策略研究

摘要:针对厂矿、企业内投运的2台及以上10kV配电变压器,因用电性质、季节气候引起负荷变化,变压器长时间处于空载和轻载状态,导致损耗增大的间题,提出了2台变压器并列组合优化经济运行自动控制投切方案。在变压器组合已经具备硬件自动控制的基础上,以变压器运行实时负荷参数为制量,按照预定的经济运行策略进行自动投切,达到就地自动控制和最佳节能的运行方式,节省电能。

Abstract: For factories and minesenterprise, those have two or more distribution transformers of 1OkV which have been put into operation, as the nature of power customer and seasonal climate cause change in load,that the transfomer in a no-load or light-load conditions for a long time, and may result the problem of the loss increases. In order to resolve this problem, a automatic control switching scheme of optimal and economical operation for two parallel combination transformers is proposed in this text。 Base on that the transformer combination already have hardware automatic control, use the real-time load parameters of the running transformer as control variable, and according to the Scheduled Economic operation strategy to conduct Automatic switching, So as to achieve the operation mode of local automatic control and best energy-saving,to save power energy。

成的变压器能量损耗(铜损和铁损)占月度实际用电量的15.6%。变压器在运行中,蛋夜负荷增减或负荷呈周期性变化很大,应及时调整投运的变压器台数,采取合理的经济运行方式,将获得较好的经济效益。例如:当2台变压器分裂运行时,整个系统负荷下降到一定值时,用1台变压器供电即可满足要求,另一台变压器自动退出。当系统负荷上升到一定值时,启用2台及以上变压器同时供电才能满足要求,变压器的投人和切除工
