一体化压水堆双恒定运行方案控制策略研究

摘要:采用直流蒸汽发生器的一体化反应堆,由于其蒸汽发生器二次侧水容积小,储热能力弱,给反应堆的运行调节提出了更高的要求,双恒定运行方案集合了一回路冷却剂平均温度不变和二回路蒸汽压力不变两种运行方案的优点,对一、二回路都有利。本文以IP200一体化反应堆为研究对象,建立一体化反应堆的稳态分析模型,利用RELAP5瞬态分析程序,对其一回路侧和蒸汽发生器二回路侧进行热工水力分析,在此基础上研究了一体化反应堆双恒定稳态运行特性,结果表明,装置负荷在15%~100% FP(满功率)范围内变化时,控制策略能够维持冷却剂平均温度和蒸汽压力的恒定。

Abstract:The second side of Once-Through Steam Generator (OTSG) has less volume than the U-tube SG, so the control strategy of Integrated Pressurized Water Reactor with OTSG is more complex. The ideal steady-state programming with constant coolant average temperature and fresh steam pressure, which take advantage of the steady-state programming with constant coolant average temperature and the steady-state program ming with constant fresh steam pressure benefit for both primary and second loop of re actor plant. In this paper, the steady-state operational characteristics of IP22o under ideal steady-state programming are researched by means of the RELAP5 code. The re-sults show that the control strategy can maintain both coolant average temperature and fresh steam constant with the load ranging between 15 to 1oo percent full power.
