基于燃料自平衡调节的循环流化床锅炉床温优化控制

摘要:循环流化床锅炉床温是影响运行安全性、经济性和环保性的重要参数,而对锅炉给煤量的有效调节是确保床温具有良好运行品质的关键。文中提出一种基于燃料自平衡的循环流化床锅炉床温优化控制方法,这个方法将煤主控制系统划分为给煤主控调节回路和多执行给煤调节回路,给煤主控调节回路接收锅炉主控输出的给煤总指令,输出的指令信号分别输送到多执行给煤调节回路,经过优化计算后将自动给煤指今按一定比例分配到各台给煤机,以实现给煤量的自平衡控制。现场应用测试表明,文中所提方法能够改善循环流化床锅炉床温的控制品质,有效提升机组整体运行性能。

(Datang Wuan Generation Limited Company, Wuan 056300, Hebei Province, China) Abstract: The bed temperature of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is an important parameter affecting the safety, economy and environmental protection, and the effective regulation of the coal feed quality is the key to ensure a good running quality of the bed temperature. In this paper, a kind of optimized control method of circulating fluidized bed temperature based on active fuel balance is presented, This method will divide the main control system of coal for coal master regulatory loop and multiple execution regulating circuit. Coal master control loop receives boiler main control output of total coal instruction, and the out instruction signal is transported to the multiple execution regulating circuit separately, which will be automatically allocated to coal feeder according to a certain proportion after optimization to achieve self balance control of the amount of coal. Field application tests show that the proposed method can improve the control quality of the circulating fluidized bed temperature and effectively improve the overall performance of the unit.
