界面管理任务复杂度对数字化核电厂操纵员
作业绩效的影响研究

摘要:核电厂主控室数字化后,操纵员需要完成大量的界面管理任务来实现对整个系统状态的监控。通过在核电厂模拟仿真平台上开展实验,研究界面管理任务复杂度对操纵员作业绩效的影响。界面管理任务的复杂度由完成主要监控任务所需执行的界面管理任务的次数来表征,作业绩效的评价指标由完成每一个监控任务所需要的平均执行时间和监控任务的失误率构成,探究在无时间压力水平下和低时间压力水平下界面管理任务复杂度对操纵员作业绩效的影响。研究结果表明:在无时间压力和低时间压力水平下,完成不同复杂度的界面管理任务的平均执行时间具有显著差异,完成不同复杂度的界面管理任务的失误率虽有所不同,但并无显著性差异。

Abstract: With the digitalization of nuclear power plant main control room ( MCR), operators need to complete a large number of interface management tasks to monitor the status of the whole system. Experiments on the simulation platform of nuclear power plant were conducted to study the influence of the complexity of interface management task on the operators'performance.The complexity of the interface management tasks is characterized by the number of interface management tasks performed for the main monitoring task, the evaluation indexes of operators'performance are constituted by the average execution time for completing each monitoring task and the error rate of monitoring tasks, to study the impact of the complexity of interface management tasks on operator performance under the no time pressure and the low time pressure level. The results show that the average execution time for completing the tasks with different complexity are significantly different under different time pressure level. Although the error rates of performed the interface management tasks with different complexity are different, but there are no significant differences.
