核电厂安全级DCS系统独立性设计

摘要:在核电"安全级DCS系统的设计中,独立性足保证多重性和多样性有效实现的重要前提。为厂实现独立性,核安全相关法规和标准提出了实体分隔、电气隔离、通信独立等设计予段。本文主要介绍厂在设计过程中,针对独立性的要求而采用的设计方法和设计措能,重点研究了实体分隔、电气隔离和通信独立三种实现安全级DCS系统独立性的方式,在此基确上具体给出了系统设计时对这三种方式的设计方法和工程实施,通过以I三种方式可以有效地实现安全级DCS系统内部以及与其他系统之

Abstract: Independence is an important precondition to ensure the redundancy and diversity in ssfety DCS system design of the nuclear power plant. In order to realize the independence, relevant nuclear safety codes and standards provided design means of physical separation, electrical isolation and independence of communications. This paper introduces the design methods and measures about independence. Also, it analyses these

threemethodsofphysicalseparation,
communications for realizing independence. Furthermore, it provides the design methods and engincering implementation in the actual system design. Through the thrce methods mentioned above, it can effectively realize the independence and reliability requirement within the safety DCS system or between other systems.
