BIM与机器人全站仪在场地地下管线
施工中的综合应用

【摘要】通过建立主题乐园项目场地各专业综合协调信息化模型,赋予各地下工程元素精确和经优化协调的设计信息。结合先进的智能化测量放线设备,将其综合应用于场地地下管线的深化设计和施工过程中,确保了BIM模型基于多专业充分协调,以及数据准确高效地传递至现场,实现价值最大化。同时,峻工信息逆向反馈至峻工模型,实现了基于峻工模型的峻工检查、验收。结果表明,BIM三维协调设计提高了管线协调水平和深化设计质量, BIM技术的多层次应用提升了项目精细化管理水平,模型数据与测量双向数据准确传递,提高了场地管线施工放样和峻工验收的效率以及精确性,取得良好的综合效益。

Abstract: Through establishing theme park building information model (BIM) with all disciplines coordinating comprehensively, it is given exact and optimized design information to every underground construction element. The model has been applied fully to detailed design and construction of underground utilities in area. Integrating advanced intellectual survey and setting-out equipments, which ensured BIM model coordinating with all disciplines, accurate model data to be reflected to construction site effectively, and realizing maximum of value of model. And, as-built model information is made by converse completion information feedback, which is taken as basis for completion check and acceptance. The results show that BIM 3D coordination can improve quality of pipeline coordination and detailed design. Multi-tier application of BIM technology can promote project refined management level. Two-way accurate transmission between model information and Trimble measurement date can improve efficiency and precision of pipeline construction and completion acceptance, which obtains good comprehensive benefits.
