郑州轨道交通2号线盾构法施工钢套简接收技术

[摘要]针对黄河路站一紫荆山站区间左线盾构到达端头理深大、水位高、地质全断面粉砂及场地狭小等特点,需采取盾构接收辅助措施,方可保证工程施工安全。从方案的适用性、安全性、施工难度、工期及经济性等方面,对盾构常规接收方案、盾构土中接收方案、钢套筒接收方案进行了比选,最终选用钢套筒接收方案。从筒体、反力架、洞门连接等方面对钢套筒进行了设计研究,同时对盾构法施工钢套筒接收关键技术进行了详尽论述,主要包括确定
合理的端头加固方法及范围、洞门凿除工序设计、钢套筒各部件安装技术分析、盾构进洞段的分阶段掘进等。【关键词]地铁;隧道工程;盾构;钢套筒接收;施工技术

Abstract: Aiming at the difficulties of shield arrival acceptance, such as deep occurrence, high water level,narrow place,and so on,shield receive auxiliary measures were adopted.Based on the comparison of shield regular receiving, shield receiving in the soil, and steel sleeve receiving scheme, steel sleeve receiving scheme was selected from the aspects of applicability, security, constructional difficulties, construction period and economical efficiency. Steel sleeve was designed from the aspects of barrel, reaction frame , portal connection, and so on. Steel sleeve receiving technology for shield construction was expounded, which mainly included strengthening methods and scope, design of the portal chisel process, steel sleeve parts installation technical analysis,advancing in stages for shield entry engineering. Hoping to provide reference for the other similar projects, in the aspect of shield arrival and risk management. Key words : subway; tunnels; shielding; steel sleeve receiving; construction

盾构接收作为盾构法施工的最后一道关键环节,当遇到不良地质或全断面富水地层时,很容易出现涌水、涌砂、塌等事故,因此,其也成为盾构施工的重难点。目前,关于不良工况下的盾构接收技术已进行了一些研究[1-12]。但针对全断面富水砂层的土压平衡盾构法施工钢套筒接收的关键技术仍有待进行深入研究,本文针对黄河路站一紫荆山

1.1工程位置及特点
黄河路站一紫荆山站区间左线从黄河路站始发途经纬五路、纬四路、纬三路、纬二路、纬一路、郑三路、金水路至紫荆山站接收,右线从紫荆山站始发至黄河路站接收(见图1)。线路右线全长 1141.021m(YDK17+599.400—YDK18+741.973)(短链1.552m),线路左线全长1143.018m
