三明南铁路隧道下穿高速公路施工关键技术及
道路安全防控措施

【摘要】以三明南铁路隧道下穿既有高速公路工程为背景,考惠穿越工程区域工程地质及环境条件,提出了三明南铁路隧道下穿既有高速公路的关键施工技术,即在隧道穿越施工前,采取水平及垂直旋喷桩、超前大管棚、挡土墙锚杆等加固地层技术措施;隧道穿越时洞身采用双侧壁导坑法无爆破开挖施工,有效地控制公路路面变形;同时,提出了铁路隧道下穿施工时高速公路的安全防控措施。经现场对高速公路路面沉降进行监测,路面实际沉降值小

Abstract: According to the engineering of Sanming South Railway Tunnel underneath passing expressway and under the consideration of the project area's engineering geological and environmental conditions, key construction technology for Sanming South Railway Tunnel underneath passing expressway is promoted. Namely, before tunnel construction, vertical and horizontal jet grouting pile, advanced large pipe, retaining wall, rock bolt and other earth reinforcement technical measures should be used; during the time of tunnel underneath passing expressway, double-side-drift method and no-blasting excavation construction should be used, it can control road surface deformation efficiently; at the same time,road safety prevention and control measures for railway tunnel undemeath passing expressway are proposed. Through the field monitoring of highway road surface settlement, the actual settlement value of the expressway pavement is less than 20mm, the'keep smooth in normal state'measure is taken, the tunnel can pass through the area successfully.
