响应曲面法优化有机硅改性环氧树脂基耐磨涂料配方

摘要:研制了一种有机硅改性环氧树脂双组分耐磨涂料,其中A组分由自制的纳米TiO,/微米SiC复合颗粒(TiO,/SiC)、MoS,、y-缩水甘油醚氧丙基硅烷(KH-560)和有机硅改性环氧树脂组成,固化剂聚酰胺作为B组分。以耐磨失质量比为指标,利用响应曲面法优化了涂料的制备工艺参数,结果表明:涂料优化的工艺参数中填料所占质量比例为70.60%,偶联剂0.80%,MoS,1.40%,此时最低磨损失质量比可至0.42%。通过SEM观累涂料磨损形貌并初步探索其磨损机理,研究认为:添加复合粒子的耐磨涂料磨损机理呈粉状磨粒磨损特性。

Optimization of the Formula on Silicone Modified Epoxy Resins Based Wear Resistant Coating by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract:A 2K silicone modified epoxy resin wear resistant coating was prepared, in which component A was composed of nano -TiO,/μm -SiC,-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxy silane(KH-560),molybdenum disulfide( MoS,) and silicone modified epoxy resin, compont B was polyamide curing agent. With the weight loss percentage as criterial, the formula of wear resistant coating was optimized according to the response sur-face methodology. The results showed that the lowest abrasion weight loss (0. 42% ) could be achieved in a formula 70.60%filler.0.80% coupling agent,1.40%MoS.The morphorlogy of weared surface was ob-served by SEM, and the wearing mechanism of coatings were discussed preliminarily. It was concluded that the wear behavior of coatings filled with composite particles showed the characteristics of abrasive powder wearingmechanism

随着高新技术的不断发展,工程机械、设备及构件的工作条件变得目益苛刻,在长时间的使用过程中,表面腐蚀、磨损已成为设备零部件失效的主要形式(),涂覆具有耐磨作用的功能涂层可以修复和防止零部件磨损,并延长其使用寿命,为此研制性能良好的耐磨涂料具有重要现实意义。耐磨涂料主要由基体、增强体及其他助剂组成,其性能主要取决于基体和增强体。SiC粉是耐磨涂料中常用的增强体,但碳化硅具有表面过于光滑以及与涂料或其他高分子基体结合不紫密的缺点,将其表面纳米化修饰后能有效改善SiC与树脂基体的界面作用,提高涂料的综合性能。本研究选用自制的纳来TO,/微米SiC复合颗粒作为填料,有机硅改性环氧树脂为基体,制备
的复合耐磨涂料能有效提高两者的界面作用。由于复合涂料的组成复杂,影响其耐磨性能的因素较多[3-1],同时各组分之间常存在交互作用关系,因子和实验结果之间往往是非线性的关系,因此获得优化工艺比较困难。
响应曲面方法(8-9](ResponseSurfaceMethodology,RSM)是数学方法和统计方法的产物,通过对目标进行建模和分析来优化响应(10)。在实验室探索的各个周期中,响应曲面方法都提供了有效的实验方法,寻找出最优实验条件以大幅度降低开发的时间和成本,使产品具有更高可靠度,提高产出率等。为此,笔者以耐磨失质量比为目标,利用二次响应来优化有机硅改性环氧树脂基耐磨涂料的配方。
