基于响应曲面法的波形弹簧片冲压工艺参数优化

摘要:以汽车离合器波形弹资片作为分析对象,利用响应曲面法对冲压成形工艺参数进行优化。通过中心设计组合法及弯曲成形模具得出板料成形高度的响应值,建立了工艺参数与成形高度之间的二阶响应面模型,研究得知工艺参数对板料成形高度交互式影响的顺序依次为:弯曲半径与冲压速度、模具间隙与冲压速度、弯曲半径与模具间隙。将模具间隙、弯曲半径以及冲压速度作为设计变量,以板料成形高度作为优化目标,结合DesignExpert软件对响应曲面模型进行优化,通过分析得出优化的冲压工艺参数:弯曲半径为22.13mm,模具间隙为1.01tmm,冲压速度为2699.47mm·s-l,成形高度的响应值为 1.782mm,经过工艺参数的修正,成形高度的试验值为1.72mm。然而相比于正交试验得出的成形高度优化值1.65mm,响

Abstract: For the wave spring sheet of clutch, the parameters in stamping process were optimized based on response surface method. Then, the response value of forming height was obtained by central composite design and bending die, and a second-order response surface model between process parameters and forming height was established, The results show that the sequence of interactive influence of stam ping proes parameters on forming height is bending radius and stamping speed, die clearance and stamping speed, bending radius and die clearance. In addition, the die clearance, bending radius and stamping speed are taken as design variables, the forming height is taken as optimization objective, and response surface model is optimized by Design Expert software. Therefore, the optimized parameters of stamping process with bending radius 22. 13 mm, die clearance 1. 01 mm, stamping speed 2699. 47 mm - s~' and response valueof forming height 1. 782 mm are obtained by analysis. Furthemore, the experimental value forming height is 1. 72 mm by rectification of process parameters. However, the response surface method has the greatest advantage in optimization of stamping process parameters com pared with the optimized value 1. 65 mm by orthogonal experiment.

波形弹簧片是汽车离合器从动盘总成中的重要弹性元件,般选用65Mn(国产材料)或者C75S(进口材料)进行制造,其弯曲成形高度对总成的装配厚度以及汽车起步颤振的缓解具有重要的影响。

刘奎武等借助Dynaform有限元仿真软件研究了工艺参数(模具间隙与板料厚度)对波形片成形高度的影响,但是没有对冲压成形的工艺参数进行优化(")。高利平等利用正交试验对波形片的成形工艺参数进行优化,得出工艺参数对波形片成形高度影响的主次顺序及优化方案(2)。然而正交试验只能对整个优化区域上的离散点进行研究,并不能分析工艺参数对成形高度的交互式影响。响应曲面法可以基于数学方法与统计分析而建立非线性模型[3-6] 连续地对整个优化区域上的点进行研究,进而给出
