纳米SiO,杂化氟硅丙烯酸树脂的合成及应用

摘要:以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,将甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)与丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)、苯乙烯(ST)进行溶液聚合,采用逐步滴加法合成了氟硅内烯酸预聚体(FB-VI),再用正硅酸乙酯对其杂化得到纳米SiO,杂化氟硅丙烯酸树脂(FB-VI-NA)。用红外光谱仪对产物FB-VI-NA的化学结构进行了表征;并以FB-VI-NA为基料制备涂层,测试了其疏水性、硬度等性能。结果表明:正硅酸乙酯质量分数为6%,溶液pH=4,固化温度为130℃时,涂层的外观、耐冲击性、附着力、疏水性较好;与传统改性丙酸树脂相比,涂膜的硬度明显提高。

Abstract: Using discontinuous dropping method, the prepolymer of fluorine silicon acrylic polymers(FB-VI) was synthesized by solution polymerization of dodecafluoroheptyl methacry-late ester (GO04), butyl acrylate(BA), hydroxyl ethyl acrylate(HEA), vinyl triethoxy silane(VTES) and styrene(ST) at the presence of the benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as the initiator. Then the nano SiO, hybrid fluorine silicon acrylic resin (FBVINA) was synthesized by hybridiza-tion of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and the prepared prepolymer. The structure of the prod-uct was characterized by infrared spectrum (FTIR). The coating was prepared using FBVI-NA as binder and its properties were determined. The results showed the coating had optimal appearance, impact resistance, adhesion and hydrophobicity as satisfying the following condi-tions:TEOS was6%,the pHvalue of the solution was 4,and the curing temperature was 130 C. Compared with the traditional modified acrylic acid resin, the coating had a signifi cantlyimprovedhardness.
