AHP-模糊综合评价法在航空企业强制淘汰落后涂装工艺设备中的应用研究

摘要:根据我国航空企业系统的客观实际,采用定性与定量相结合的AHP-模糊综合评价法建立了航空企业强制淘汰落后涂装工艺设备的综合评价指标体系和评价方法,并确定了评价指标体系中各指标的权重,进面根据评价集构造了录属函数,得到各指标对评价标准的最终束属度、模糊矩阵和综合评价结果,据此进一步划分评价等级,得出结论。最后进行了实例研究,证明了方法的有效性。AHP-模糊综合评价法还可用于其他企业淘汰落后涂装工艺设备的应用研究,

Abstract : In light of the actual situation of China aviation enterprises system,the AHP fuzzy comprehen-sive evaluation combining qualitative and quantitative methods was used to establish a comprehensive evalua tion index system and evaluation method of firmly eliminating outdated finishing facilities and equipment, the weight coefficient of multiple subsystems and indexes of comprehensive evaluation index system were deter mined as well. Then, the membership degree of each index was firstly constructed according to the appraisal collection and the ultimate membership degree, fuzzy matrix and the comprehensive evaluation result of index were achieved. Evaluation rating was graded and the conclusion was drawn. A case study proved the effective-ness of the evaluation method. The AHP fuzy comprehensive evaluation method can also be used by other enterprises to research how to firmly eliminating outdated finishing facilities and equipment.

随着社会、经济的发展,诸多环境间题已构成成胁人类生存、制约经济发展的重要因素。我国已认识到环境问题的严重性,开始了大规模的环境污染治理工作,并出台了众多的环境保护法律、法规,制订了越来越严格的排放标准,力图用法律、行政等手段来规范企业的环境行为。
强制淘汰落后工艺设备是近年来环境立法确立的一项重要法律制度。国家的大气、水、噪声等污案防治法和《国务院关于印发节能减排综合性工作方案的通知》等法律、法规中均提出对污染严重的落后生产工艺设备依法实行强制淘汰,
在机械制造业中,航空工业的特殊工艺设备相对落后,尤其是涂装工艺设备陈旧落后,淘汰措施追在眉睫"。为使航
空工业强制淘汰落后涂装工艺设备的方案能全面、科学、客观,本文采用层次分析法建立了航空企业强制海汰落后涂装工艺设备的评价指标体系(以下简称“评价指标体系");并对评价指标体系进行科学准确的划分,同时结合咨询专家意见进行层次分析;再应用定性与定量相结合的AHP-模糊综合评价法进行系统综合评价,为航空企业强制淘汰落后涂装工艺设备考核评价提供有力的保障和支持2]。
