改进模糊综合评价法在煤矿区生态安全评价中的应用

摘要:根据煤矿区生态安全的现状及主要间题,以压力一状态一响应模型作为框架,选取27个测量指标,建立了煤矿区生态安全评价指标体系。利用群决策层次分析法和因子分析法分别确定主客观权重,再将两者集结的综合权重作为模型各层因素的权重,最后利用改进的模糊综合评价法完成模型评价工作。选取郑州某煤矿为实证研究对象,对其进行实地调研、间卷调查和访谈,并运用PSR模型和改进的模糊综合评价法进行生态安全评价,得出其生态安全等级为“,(一般)级别。研究结果可为政府部门和矿区管理者改善矿区生态安全状况提供参考。

Application of Improved Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in Ecological

Abstract : The safety evaluation index system for ecological safety of the coal mining area was established according to the cument condition and problems of the ecological safety in the coal mining area and by taking pressurestatusresponse ( PS R) model as the framework and selecting twentyseven measuring indices. First, the subjective weight and objective weight were respectively determined by using group decisionmaking AHP and factor analysis method, then the comprehensive weight assembled by both the subjective weight and objective weight was taken as the weight of each hierarchy factor of the model, finally the improved fuzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to fulfill the evaluation work of the model. A coal mine in Zhengzhou area was first selected as a demonstrative research object, then the field investigation, questionnaire survey and interviews were carried out in this mine, and finally the ecological safety evaluation of the mine was conducted by using PSR model and the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it was concluded that the ecological safety level of the mine wa"e," ( general level ). The research result can provide reference for the government departments and the mining area administralors to improve the ecological safety of the mining areas.

煤为主,多元发展”的能源方针不会改变[1-2]。但是,煤炭的开采不仅会破坏地层结构,污染大气、水体(源)和土地等资源,而且容易引发地面塌陷、滑坡、泥石流、矿震等地质灾害,使得矿区人民的正常生活生产甚至生命安全受到威胁(3-S)。因此,建立一套科学可行的煤矿区生态安全评价模型,及时监控评价煤矿区生态要全状况,缓解经济发展与环境保护之间日益突出的矛盾,显得尤为重要。
