盾构隧道地震响应分析

摘要:为探明地震作用下盾构隧道管片接头与拼装方式对其横断面地震内力及变形的影响,分别针对勾质圆环模型以及梁一弹簧模型开展反应位移法计算,对不同转角错缝拼装管片环的地震内力与变形进行对比分析。研究结果表明:两种模型计算所得衬砌横断面地震弯矩、轴力均呈反对称分布,在左右拱肩、拱脚部位出现最大值地震剪力呈近似对称分布,整环内力图在管片接头处出现内凹或突变;与匀质圆环模型相比,梁一弹簧模型因考虑了管片接头与拼装角度造成地震内力计算结果相差20%左右,变形值则最大可造成40%以上的误差。综上可知,盾构隧道接头对其地震内力分布以及接头处变形均影响显著,采用匀质圆环模型计算管片转角时存在较大误差,当需要精确求解时该模型不再适用。

Abstract: This study employs a homogeneous ring model and a beamspring model to ascertain the effects of shield tunnel segment joints and assembling methods to seismic response properties, and calculates the lining mechanical behaviors using the seismic deformation method. The internal force and deformation of segments and joints are also analyzed. The results showed that the distribution of the segments' bending moment and the axial force was anti-symmetrical around the tunnel ring with the maximum value appearing at both sides of the ring spandrel and spinning, while the shear distribution was approximately symmetrical. The differences of the lining intermal forces caused by the joint effect and the staggered assembling type were approximately 20% between the homogeneous ring model and the beamspring model. However, the difference in the segmental joints' rotation angle caused by the same reasons would be more than 40%. Therefore, the joint effect of the shield tunnel can remarkably change the intermal forces of the lining and the deformation of joints. The homogeneous ring model leads to a negligible difference in the rotation angle of the segmental joints and is unsuitable for application when better accuracy is required
