新建道路工程对下卧软十双圆盾构
隧道影响的数值分析

摘要:根据川环南路新建道路工程4标段的EPS换填道路施工,对比EPS换填前后隧道结构的变形数据,证明了 EPS材料换填措施在控制隧道变形上具有良好的效果.最后依据工况进行数值模拟分析,并与隧道结构监测时程数据对比,预测了后续施工对下卧盾构隧道的影响.分析得出,软土地区盾构隧道上方加载超过0.5m时,隧道沉降将受到明显影响;道路施工中,采EPS换填技术可以减小道路填方施工对下卧隧道的不利影响,结合施工工况进
行数值模拟分析是可行的手段,对今后类似受道路工程施工影响的隧道保护提供了借鉴关键词:道路工程;双国盾构;沉降;数值模拟

Abstract: Based on the case of the 4 section of South CircleProject , the deformation monitoring data of the tunnel was compared by EPS replacement in this paper. It is proved that ESP material replacement measures have a good effect in con -trolling the tunnel deformation. According to the numerical simulationanalysis on working conditions and the comparation of monitoring data for the tunnel structure , the impact of following construction on the underlying shield tunnel was also pre dicted. Thus , it is concluded that the tunnel settlement will be significantly affected by the loading of more than O. 5 m a-bove the shield tunnel in the soft soil region .
