2002 一2016 年我国地铁施工安全事故规律性的统计分析

摘要：搜集2002—2016年（统计至3月）地铁施T.事故246起，从时间、事故类型、施.T.工.法、发生位置、站台形式、死伤人数等8个方面分析、捕述事故发生的规律性。结果显示，事故发生的总数呈上升趋势，但每千米死亡人数呈下降趋势：每年1月，5月、7月、11月，每天0:00—1：00，8：00—11：00和15：00—18：00地铁施工.事故发生较为频繁；期塌是地铁施T项目中发生最频繁的事故类型，占43%；明挖法施T数占地铁施工事故的 31%；盾构法施工数占区间T.程施工事故的62%；火灾爆炸是区间工程施工中较常发生的事故，而在车站工程
中发生较少。最后，结合长三角地区主要特点.从技术，管理、政策3方面有针对性地提出对策和建议。关键调：地铁建设；施T事故；统计分析；规律性；长三角

Abstract: The data of subway construction accidents in China from 2002 to March, 2016 are presented in order to analyze the regularity of these accidents from the perspective of years, months, hours, accident types, construction methods, locations, numbers of deaths and so on. The results show that the total number of accidents is on the rise, but deaths per kilometer gradual-ly decline. Most construction accidents occurred frequently in January, May, July and November every year and during O :00 1 :00, 8 :00—11 :00 and 15 :00—18 :00 every day. Collapse is the most common accident type, occupies 43% ; Open cut meth-od accounts for 31% of subway construction accidents, and shield method 62% of section construction. Fire and explosion often took place during section constructions while seldom happened during station constructions, Finally, according to the regularity. some countermeasures and the suggestions of subway construction safety are put forward considering the characteristics of Yan-gtzeRiverDelta regionfrom the aspects oftechnology,management and policy.

URBAN RAPID RAIL TRANSIT
正在中国如火如茶地开展。据有关机构统计，截至 2015年底，中国内地地区共26座城市开通城市轨道交通运营线路，总长3618km1]。江苏省是地铁建设大省，截至2015年底，已有14条轨道交通线路投人运营，占全国的12.5%，运营总里程约385km，超过全国总量的10%。仅2015年，江苏省完成轨道交通建设投资约400亿元，建成两条线路，新开工建设项目3个，12个项目在建121。可见，中国正处于地铁项目建设大发展的高潮期和繁荣期，面江苏省正是其中的排头兵
