2005一2014年我国煤矿灾害事故特征及规律研究

摘要:对2005一2014年我国所发生的2490起煤矿灾害事故进行统计,从煤矿灾害事故类型总体特征、事故类型、事故等级、时间特征,以及事故发生的地域性进行综合分析,总结出我国煤矿灾害事故的基本特征。统计分析结果表明:我国煤矿企业对一般事故缺乏有效管理,对较大安全隐患缺乏有效控制:瓦斯类事故、顶板事故和水灾是煤矿安全工作的防治重点;春夏两季以及交接班过程中灾害事故频发;南方主要采煤省份事故发生起数明显高于北方,但二者在人员伤亡数量上大致相当。

Abstract: Based on the statistics of 2 490 accidents occurred in China's coal mines from 2005 to 2014, a comprehensive analysis was carried out on the overall characteristics of coal mine accidents, the accident type and grade, and the time and regional characteristics of the accident occurrence, the basic characteristics of coal mine accidents in our country were summarized. The statistical results showed that the coal mining enterprises in our country were lack of effective management of the general accidents and effective control of the major potential hazards; the prevention and control of the gas accidents, roof accidents and flooding accidents were the key points of coal mine safety work; mine accidents frequently occurred in the spring and summer seasons and in the process of shift turnover; the accident number in southerm main coalproducing provinces was obviously higher than that in the northem coalproducing provinces, but the number of casualties were approximately equal for them.

重。基于我国煤炭资源较为丰富、油气资源相对匮乏的现状,在未来相当长的时期内,煤炭仍将作为重要的战略资源[3]。随着优质浅埋藏煤层的逐步开采、中小煤矿的资源整合,我国煤矿开采开始出现深度化、规模化趋势,煤矿灾害事故发生几率及严重度也随之增加[3-4],因此探寻我国煤矿灾害事故的基本特征及规律[3-7],对预防和治理煤矿灾害、保障煤矿安全生产、提高煤炭企业经济效益至关重要。
