基于Image-ProPlus的粗集料针片状
颗粒含量分析

摘要:为了准确、快速地测出粗集料颗粒中针片状颗粒的含量,设计了“无影灯箱”,结合数码相机和计算机图像处理软件(Image-ProPlus),应用IPP分析法和游标卡尺法测量了集料颗粒的形状特征参数,并分析其针片状颗粒的含量。实测结果表明:Image-ProPlus具有良好的可行性和较高

0引言
针片状颗粒是指颗粒长度大于该颗粒所属粒级平均粒径的2.4倍、厚度小于平均粒径0.4倍的颗粒。由于针片状颗粒形状过于细长、扁平,在施工中极易折断(1-"),从而增大集料空隙,且在一定程度上造成集料级配变异[2-3],影响混合料的性能,是一种有害颗粒。面且较多的针片状颗粒将使颗粒互相搭接,细小颗粒无法进人,对混合料的集料强度、抗车辙能力以及混合料的和易性、均匀性均有较大的影响+5}。传统的针片状颗粒测量方法为游标卡尺法),该方法费时费工,试验过程单一、枯燥,且准确

数字图像处理(DigitalinAgeProcessing)技术是通过扫描仪、数码相机等图像采集设备,将连续的数字图像离化为计算机可以处理的信息,并对信息进行各种操作处理,以达到某一效果[8"]。数字图像处理技术具有可利用信息量大、经济方便和形象化存储等优点,且准确率高,不易受人为因素影响[10]。
