基于ANSYS的二氧化碳往复压缩机的扭振分析

[摘要]:利用ANSYS软件对某4M型二氧化破往复压缩机的轴系建立有限元模型,并对其进行模态分析和瞬态响应分新。求解出了该轴系的前8阶模态,发现轴系的11倍频落在了第一阶担转固有频率之间,为进一步确定轴系的担转共振特性,对切向力进行谐波分析以判断该轴系的担振情况。通过态响应分析,确定了轴系系统在交变载荷下其上各点位移、应力、应变等参数随时间的变化规律,为判断轴系在遗转中是否存在冲击载荷以及对轴系进行静强度和截势强度计算提供依据。

Abstract:Through building up finiteelement model, modal analysis and dynamic response of the crankshaft of a 4M type CO, recip-rocating compressor are analyzed with ANSYS software. The finst 8 modes are obtained and 11 times the frequency of the axis is found falling between the first order torsional inherent frequencies, In order to further determine the shafting torsional resonance eeod as ioeieso espn ape s eo sske aosaoe sis, the variation curves of displacement, stress and strain with time for dangerous points on the crankshaft are respectively studied under the altemative load, which provides valuable basis for judging the presence of impact load in running and calculating the static and fatigue strength.
