摘要:补丁板热成形技术可以在提升车身性能的同时,降低总成质量和制造成本,是实现车身轻量化的一项先进技术。以补丁板B柱为研究对象,建立了准确描述补丁板坏料的热成形有限元模型,采用热力耦合分析方法对热成形过程进行仿真分析,给出了补丁板热成形件的厚度和温度分布。以无镀层热冲压Boron钢板为试验材料,进行了补丁板B柱热成形工艺试验,并检测试验件上不同位置的温度、典型截面厚度和力学性能。对比试验结果与仿真结果,验证了补丁板热成形有限元模型的准确性,
并给出了补丁板焊点布置原则和补丁区域模具冷却水道优化设计依据。关键词:补丁板B柱;热成形;热力耦合

Abstract: Patchwork hot forming technology is an advanced technology to produce light-weight car body,which can enhance the performance of car body, reduce assembly weight and manufacturing cost. In this paper, a hot forming FE model which can accurately de-scribe patchwork blank was established; the hot forming process was simulated by using thermal mcchanical coupling analysis method; the thickness and temperature of the part were obtaincd. Then some trials of patchwork B-pillar were implemented with high strength boron stccl B1500HS, the temperature and thickncss as well as mcchanical properties at typical scctions of the samples on the formed parts were analyzed and tested. By comparing the ex-periment and simulation results, the accuracy of patchwork hot forming FE model was veri-fied. Meanwhile, the layout principles of patchwork blank spot weld and the optimization
design basis of cooling channcls of the tool in patchwork area were obtaincd. Keywords: patchwork B-pillar; hot forming; thermal-mechanical coupling
