模具钢CrWMn碳化物偏析的热处理工艺研究

摘要:基于低变形冷作模具钢CrWMn在冶金过程中碳化物偏析比较严重、热加工时易形成网状碳化物和韧性较差等问题,揭示了CrWMn钢模具失效形式及表现。结合生产实践,对低变形冷作模具钢CrWMn的热处理工艺进行分析研究,针对低变形冷作模具钢CrWMn的应用条件,提出了改进后的热处理工艺方案。经生产实践检

Study on the heat treatment process of carbide segregation in CrWMn die steel

Abstract; Serious carbides segregation of CrWMn low deformation cold dic steel in metallur-gical process will cause problems such as poor toughness during thermal processing. The failure form and performance of CrWMn dic stcel was revealed in the paper. Based on the production practice, the heat treatment process of CrWMn die steel was analyzed and studied. According to application conditions of CrWMn low deformation cold die steel, several different heat treatment processes were put forward. The practical production shows that the improvement of the heat treatment process is reasonable and scientific, which is economicalandpractical.

引言
冷作模具钢用于制作工作温度小于260℃ 的冲裁、挤压、锻锻以及滚花和拉伸等冷变形工作的模具。因为这类模具在工作时一般要承受较大的冲击载荷和挤压力,在刃口或工作表面会产生剧烈的摩擦与磨损,所以要求冷作模具钢在热处理后有较高的工作硬度(58~

低变形冷作模具钢是冷作模具钢在碳素工具钢基础上加入少量合金元素而发展起来的。通常加入的合金元素有Cr、Mn、Si、W、V等,其主要作用是提高率透性,减小率火变形开裂倾向,形成特殊碳化物,细化晶粒,提高回火稳定性。因此此类钢的强韧性、耐磨性、热硬性都比碳素工具钢高,使用寿命也较碳素工具钢长。
