护套注塑成型缺陷分析与对策

摘要:护套塑件材料为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU),经注塑成型出现了粘模、气泡、开裂与焦化等缺陷。针对注塑成型缺陷,从成型工艺参数或模具结构方面分析其产生的原因,并提出解决方案,经成型调试,获得有效的注塑成型工艺:塑料粒子烘干温度为82℃,烘干时间为3~4h,注塑加热温度为200220℃,注塑压力为100MPa,保压压力为80MPa,射胶时间为3s,冷却时间为15S,采用中性(或干性)脱模剂,实现塑件脱模。通过批生产验
证,该工艺有效地消除了护套注塑成型出现的缺陷,批生产塑件质量稳定。关键词:护套;TPU;成型调试;缺陷分析

Analysis and solutions on injection molding defects of sheath

Abstract:The plastic sheath made of TPU mayhave mucosac,bubbles,cracks,coking and other defects after injcction molding. The cause of injection molding defects related with molding process parameters or mould structure is analyzed,solutions were proposed and valid injection molding parameters were obtaincd after trial forming: the temperature of plastic particles drying is 82 C, the drying time is 3~4 h, the molding injection heating temperature is 200 ~220 C, the molding injcction pressure is 100 MPa and pressurized 80 MPa, the injcction time is 3 s, the cooling time is 15 s. The neutral (or dryness) release agent is adopted to achieve plastic part demolding. The injcction molding defects can be avoided adopting these parameters after verification of batch productions and the qualities of batch production parts are stable.
